Individual alarm setting The alarm temperature can be set individually at a higher or lower limit in the range of -25°C to +50°C according to customer requirements. The Q-tag® CLs is factory pre-set and on request, already delivered in active mode. Therefore, handling errors can be reduced to a minimum.
Display of date and time The Q-tag® CLs shows irreversibly the exact related time and date of a limit violation. Therefore, any violation during monitoring can be followed up.
Display of extreme temperature and duration of violation Because of the additional information on the extreme temperature and alarm duration, the extent of the damage can be recognized immediately.
Operating life of up to 5 years Due to the very long operating life of the Q-tag® CLs, temperature sensitive products can be monitored during their whole lifetime cycle. From production to storage and shipment to retail or end-user, the cold chain is monitored every minute.
Easy to handle and secure The use of the Q-tag® CLs does not require any software or computer. The Q-tag® CLs works absolutely independently, all information is simple, clear and visible on its irreversible display. All Q-tag® CLs are produced with a unique identification number. Therefore the Q-tag® CLs can be photocopied or scanned for complete documentation purposes.
Precise measurement of temperature and time The Q-tag® CLs is a precise electronic temperature monitor. Each device is 100% calibrated and has a temperature measurement accuracy of +/- 0.4°C. Measurements are carried out every minute over the whole operating life of up to 5 years. Even if a temperature limit has been violated and the Q-tag® CLs displays the alarm sign, all further temperature excursions are monitored and shown as a cumulative sum. An incorporated quartz is responsible for the exact time measurement.
Price/Performance Despite its enormous information capacity and the high quality standard, the Q-tag® CLs remains a very cost-efficient temperature monitoring system.
